I bought this wireless microneedling pen to repair a scars I got from Mohs surgery for skin cancer. I used the microneedling pen at 1 mm with the #36 needles cartridge as instructed by my doctor who recommended this organic product to me. I also used the TCA body peel on it first and did 2 treatments, using it just over the scars and followed up by using the micro-needling pen in conjunction with the High tech copper peptide serum that I also bought here from I'm Fabulous. I manage to make my scars completely flat ,and very light in color and now it is almost not noticeable at all.
I love that it is wireless and love the red light therapy on it which I use during my procedure. I found it to speed up healing. I use the pen with the nano needles every night before bed with my favorite serum the I'm fabulous High tech copper peptide serum. Then I use the #36 needles on Sunday night only. My skin has never looked so good!!!!

We use 3 of these Microneedling pen in our practice, and we love it. It is a very powerful pen but very quiet and it can keep working for hours. As we book a lot of patients each day. The cartridge are also wonderful and we are a huge fan of your High tech copper peptide serum, and your skin peels.

I use it once a month for a deep collagen treatment once a month using needle #36 at 1 mm and I use it 3 times per week with the NANO needle alone to exfoliate my skin or to apply my favorites serum, the High tech copper peptide serum and the Glow Hydra Facia serum. I get EXCELLENT results on my skin. I am 45.
